Crystal Reports for Business Users
Who Should Attend:
This interactive two day training course is designed for business management users who wish to get more information from their existing IT systems. Systems such as accounts software, manufacturing systems, stock systems, some CRM systems and ERP often contain data that is difficult to access in the right format or at all. Crystal Reports is a solution to creating your own tailored reports. The course is for management users who possess moderate skills in working with spreadsheets and small databases.
Overall Aim:
The aim of the Crystal Reports for Business Users is to familiarise attendees with the concepts and use of the Crystal Reports package. Attendees should leave the course with a reasonable knowledge of how to create basic to moderate reports, and be in a position to modify any existing reports (many applications use Crystal Reports for internal reporting)
